My former employer required that I travel with her to Ireland for a sales event.  As a sales associate, I went on the trip, working many hours at all hours of the day and night.  Upon return, my employer refused to accurately pay my wages and overtime during the trip and otherwise.   Just after my baby was born, Ms. Gallios represented me in my wage and hour claim.  A mother herself, she was appreciative of the demands on me as the mother of an infant, while at the same time she was unwavering in standing up to my hostile former employer.   She helped me to clarify my testimony at the hearing and streamline a complicated set of facts.  She also presented my case in a persuasive written brief to the court.  When the judge ruled in my favor I was able to let go of a stressful event for me and recoup a sense of fairness.   I was then better able to focus my energy and resources on caring for my baby, and making future plans for my career.
